Responsibilities

Responsible for agriculture and rural affairs, rural revitalization, forestry, water resources, food and strategic reserves, civil affairs, veteran affairs, and the “non-staple food project”.

In charge of the Bureau of Rural Affairs, the Bureau of Rural Revitalization, the Forestry Bureau, the Water Resources Bureau, the Food and Strategic Reserves Bureau, the Supply and Marketing Cooperative, the Civil Affairs Bureau, the Veterans Affairs Bureau, the Disabled Persons’ Federation, and the Non-staple Food Center.

Responsible for the contact with the Meteorological Bureau of the City, the Fuyang Branch of China Grain Reserves Group Ltd. Company, and the Fuyang Branch of China National Cotton Reserves Corporation.
