Responsibilities

Under the leadership of the mayor, he is responsible for regular work of Fuyang Municipal Government, making government affairs transparenet, government supervision, the management of organ affairs and assists the mayor in the business environment.

In charge of the Municipal Government Office (the Foreign Affairs Office), the Policy Research Office, the Supervision and Evaluation Office, and the Liaison Office of the Municipal Government (the Liaison Office in Beijing, the Liaison Office in Shanghai, and the Liaison Office in Shenzhen of the Municipal Government), and the Management Office of the city.

Responsible for the contact with the Information Office of Fuyang Municipal Government.
